Pasali joins Theater Arts Training

3rd PETA Training stage performance last August 28, 2015 at Malandag Cental Elem. School SPED Center, Malungon, Sarangani Province.
Thirteen (13) Tri-People Children Development Program (TCDP) staff, ​together with facilitators coming from other NGO partners of the Mindanao Convergence of NGOs for Social Protection (MinConSP), underwent a rigorous and innovative theater arts training under the guidance of the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) from August 24 to 28, 2015 at the Dolores Hotel, Barangay Dadiangas South, General Santos City.
​The first three days training on the Culture of Peace expressed through the various arts were sharpened in drama, dance and visual art under the guidance of PETA facilitators; Bong Billiones, Raffy Tejada, Dudz Teraña and John Moran. The training was followed by a whole day of rehearsals for a complete production, from the ideas conceptualized by the trainees themselves. The event culminated in a stage performance of the participants at Malandag Central Elementary School, showcasing all the learnings they have gathered, with audiences coming from teachers, parents and students.

Creativity in Education Training (2nd PETA Training) last May 21-24, 2015 at Sun City Suites, General Santos City.
Prior to the said training were two (2) separate Creativity in Education trainings which were all held at Sun City, General Santos City and were attended by 25 participants from Pasali Phils., Tambayan, KFI and UnYPhil-Women facilitated still by PETA from March 18 to 22, 2015.
​On May 21 to 24, 2015, the training was expanded to include participants coming from TLDFI, IMAN and MDFI. Both trainings involved progressive activities, beginning with the specific to the complex. Highlighting these trainings was main night were participants showcasing their productions comprised of a play, a song and a dance which were combinations of participants own creations in their first three days.
