ATIN Dev. Program (Appropriate Technology Innovations and Development Program )

At the core of the 'brain gain concept' lies the transfer of technology and mechanical skills. Pasali designs, fabricates, and installs tools that allow remote rural communities to have access to clean water, increase farm production, and energy.

Children's Education and Welfare Program

Children's Education and Welfare Program (CEWP) is PASALI's arm that looks into the welfare of Tri-people children, particularly concerning education, health and the protection of children's rights. Its Respect Program invests in an improvement in the quality of education and promotes tolerance and respect in mixed communities of Muslim, Christian and Indigenous People.

Sustainable Agriculture

Pasali's projects under the Sustainable Agriculture Programs touches on multiple issues: Land Tenure, Small Infrastructure Support, Capacity Building and Production, Seed Banking, Agroforestry. 
The concept of the Brain Gain development scheme courses through all of these projects, aiming for Poverty Alleviation, Food Security, Economic sustainability, Environmental Sustainability: Climate change mitigation, having has its destination entrepreneurial, self-sustaining Tri-people communities.
