PEF and Partners visit the SRI Fields

On a study mission, Peace and Equity Fund (PEF) with partners PhilRice, PAKISAMA, Parfund, etc. visited Palimbang to see our practice of the System of Rice Intensification(SRI) .The group spearheaded by PEF conducts an extensive study about the adaptation of SRI in the Philippines with the end goal of determining the critical success and constraint factors in the expansion of this climate-smart technology.

After a two-day visit last week, the group saw the success as well as challenges of SRI in Palimbang. Excited and inspired, all PEF partners wanted to try SRI on their areas.
